Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns of products once delivered.
Returns will only be considered in the following cases:
To request a replacement or resolution, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
Refunds
Refunds may be approved only in the following situations:

Order was cancelled before shipment.

Product is unavailable after order placement.

A replacement cannot be provided for a verified damaged or incorrect product.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Replacements
We may provide a replacement instead of a refund if:

The product arrived damaged.

The wrong item was delivered.

The product was received in a defective condition.
Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
To request cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing the order.
Non-Returnable Items
